Thank you for your interest in Dani Dot Designs. By browsing Our Website (www.DaniDotDesigns.co.uk) or by purchasing Our Services, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT
1) Dani Dot Designs requires all Clients to provide their own text, photos / logos and contact details for inclusion on their website. By doing so, The Client is confirming they are the rightful owner of such material, and accepts all liability should any ownership, license or copyright disputes arise at any point, such as (but not limited to) ownership of photos and/or any licenses which they may be required to hold in order to use said photos. Dani Dot Designs cannot be held liable.
2) All potential Clients are to use www.DaniDotDesigns.co.uk for the sole purpose of browsing the available Services, and will not attempt to copy, modify, infect, or obstruct the proper running of, Our Website nor those belonging to our existing Clients. The provision of Our Services will be refused to any potential Client who is believed to be trading in illegal, pornographic, infringing, obscene, abusive, or offensive, products or services, including those which violate the security of any computer network. In this regard, we reserve the right to suspend an existing or potential Client from accessing Our Website and Services should we feel any element of these Terms has been (or may be) breached.
3) Once a Client’s website has been built, it will be forwarded to them to inspect and approve the said website - please note we cannot accept responsibility for any errors once the Client’s approval has been given.
4) On rare occasions our hosting provider encounters server difficulties. This can, in turn, interrupt a Client’s website, and sudden changes or anomalies may appear. Should a Client notice any changes or anomalies on their website, please contact us - although it is not within our power to prevent, and therefore we cannot be held liable for, such occurrences, we will notify our hosting provider of any problems so they can be resolved as soon as possible.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT
1) All photos featured on www.DaniDotDesigns.co.uk are the copyright protected property of ‘Fotolia’, who own all rights to them. Dani Dot Designs uses these photos for illustrational / decorative purposes only, and does not claim any rights or ownership, but has obtained the appropriate license required in order to use them. Furthermore, Dani Dot Designs may also use photos provided by ‘Fotolia’ on any Client's website, should we feel they enhance the overall look of The Client's website - in all such instances, all rights and ownership still belong to ‘Fotolia’, and therefore cannot be reused or copied by The Client without obtaining the appropriate lincense.
2) We are able to add a Client Testimonials facility to our Clients' websites, upon their request . However, Clients should be aware that the testimonials posted by their clients will appear on the page automatically and are not reviewed by us… in this respect, should any of our Clients become aware of an inappropriate testimonial, kindly contact us immediately and we will remove it.
3) We store and protect our Clients’ contact details (as provided by our Clients) on our servers, as securely as is within our power. We are, however, unable to guarantee against information being intercepted by email.
4) Client confidentiality is very important to us, and so we will never disclose any information regarding any of our Clients, unless required to by law.
5) In all instances, Dani Dot Designs will deliver its services to the best of its abilities, but we cannot be held liable for failure to perform should this be for reasons beyond our control, such as (but not limited to) issues relating to our hosting provider (as stated in paragraph 4 of the CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT section above), software malfunctions, etc.

CANCELLATIONS
1) Clients may request us to cancel their website at any time, free of charge, but please give 14 days notice.
2) Any website that is cancelled within the first two years, cannot have its associated domain name transferred elsewhere, since they are registered by us free of charge.

MISCELLANEOUS
No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created between Dani Dot Designs and the Client as a result of our Services being provided to them, and the Client does not have any authority to bind Dani Dot Designs to them in any respect whatsoever.
